Con la palada inicial junto al Ing. Victor Sanabria, de Cantieri Construcciones, Lumen Studios pasa del plano al terreno. Ya están las primeras varillas y estamos listos para comenzar los pilotes de fundación.
Groundbreaking: Lumen Studios is under construction
With the groundbreaking alongside Eng. Victor Sanabria of Cantieri Construcciones, Lumen Studios moves from plans to the site. The first rebar is on site and we are ready to start the foundation piles.
El hito
La palada inicial marca el inicio formal de la construcción de Lumen Studios, a 550 metros de la UMAX. La hicimos junto al Ing. Victor Sanabria, de Cantieri Construcciones, con la obra ya preparada para avanzar.
Lo que ya está en el terreno
- Portón de obra terminado.
- Obrador y baño químico instalados.
- Sereno en obra.
- Las primeras varillas para las fundaciones.
Por qué pilotes
El edificio, de planta baja y tres pisos, se apoya sobre pilotes: una fundación profunda que transmite las cargas a capas firmes del suelo. Es la base de todo lo que viene.
Lo que sigue
Pilotes, vigas de fundación y el inicio de la estructura. Cada mes publicamos el avance con fotos, para que sigas la obra de cerca.

- Night watchman on site.

Why piles
The building, with a ground floor and three stories, rests on piles: a deep foundation that carries the loads down to firm soil layers. It is the base for everything that comes next.
